During your sign-up to join Wheely as a chauffeur, you will be asked to upload photos of specific vehicle features to help us determine the suitability of your vehicle to work with Wheely. Once this step is concluded you will be able to continue the sign-up flow and book your accreditation session to become active.

It’s important to remember that:

1. You can only join the platform if you already have a car;

2. You will need to upload these photos before you are able to continue with the sign-up process.

At which stage will you be able to upload these photos?

You will be required to upload all these photos alongside your personal and vehicle documents, so please, have these ready before you try to complete your onboarding.

What are the photos you will have to provide?

1. Photo of the rear exterior — license plate needs to be visible;

2. Photo of side exterior — ensure you capture the entire body of the car, including wheels, rims and brakes;

3. Photo of vehicle’s sunroof - only mandatory for S-Classes*.

4. Photo of car console — ensure you capture the entire windshield and panel

5. Photo of rear passenger’s seat AC control options — only mandatory for S-Classes*

6. Photo of passenger’s seat options — only mandatory for S-Classes*

7. Photo of passenger’s seat headrest — only mandatory for S-Classes*

8. Photo of the child seat — only mandatory for V-Classes**.

*Only applicable to S-Class cars.

How to ensure the photos are accurate?

In order to help you get your car approved as quickly as possible we have created the following guide.

Photo of the rear exterior

Please, ensure that you submit this photo so that we would be able to easily identify your vehicle’s license plate.

For privacy reasons, we have hidden this example’s license plate, but yours should be fully visible.

Photo of side exterior

Please, ensure you capture the entire body of the car, including wheels, rims and brakes.

You need to include BOTH side wheels in the picture as per the image below.

Photo of the vehicle’s sunroof

Please, take this photo from the inside of the car and ensure we can it clearly. This feature is mandatory only for S-Classes.

Photo of the vehicle’s console

Please, ensure we can clearly see your windshield and any accessories it might have.

Photo of rear passenger’s seat AC control options

Please, ensure that we can see the entire AC panel that passengers have access to. This is only mandatory for S-Class.

Photo of passenger’s rear seat control options

Please, ensure you capture all the features passengers have accessible at the door.

Photo of passenger’s seat headrest

Please take a photo of the rear passenger’s headrest pillow.

Photo of the child seat

Please, upload a photo of the child seat you have available in your car to accommodate child transportation. Please, be mindful that the child seat available should meet these requirements.
